This collaborative painting was worked on for about 18 months in our previous studio.
Paul Cézanne created a series of still life paintings - where he painted objects & forms, blending them into each other and into the background of the paintings. The spatial relationships he created has been something that has fascinated Frank for many many years. Because of this, he has created a series of paintings that he calls “Still Life City”.
Hundreds of kids attending Little Pulp Workshops -helped build this painting over the course of 18 months. Every painting created at Little Pulp is a true collaborative effort between Frank and the kids.
