Look Inside Our Customers’ Books

Below are a series of images sent to us by customers, friends and family to show what happens to our products once they are received. Some of them are beautiful, some of them are funny, all are inspiring.

Full disclosure, the image below is from our son Luke’s sketchbook, the first in our “The Drawing Pirates” series. Inspired, in part, by an incredible group of artists called Story Pirates, who take stories written by young students and create musical sketch comedy shows performed by professional artists. In this spirit, we are taking over some of their sketches and attacking them with all types of media, to spark a dialogue with them on various drawing techniques. Point to note, if you want to try this, we strongly suggest working on top of drawings created several weeks or months prior. It seems that new drawings and sketches are untouchable (found that out the hard way). We hope to showcase these works in a gallery setting at some point in 2017. Details to come. If you want to receive more information on this, please Email Us and we will add you to our mailing list.

Full disclosure, this top image is from our son’s sketchbook. This is the first in a series of drawings we are currently working on. We call it the Drawing Pirates.  of the kids seem to really love using sharpie markers which makes parents crazy. There are a lot of really good washable markers available, we are in the process of becoming distributors for a few, and will be offering them very soon. Here are a few more images from inside Little Pulp sketchbooks.

We hope you and your little one(s) will be inspired to draw, write, doodle, stamp, sticker or do anything creative with our books. Some of our customers (the parents) actually order books for themselves as well. It gets the whole family creating and inspiring each other, which makes us very happy. Share your sketches on instagram and use #littlepulp if it was created inside one of our books.
